Another fantastic meeting in New Bedford where I got to hear all the latest right whale research and catch up with old friends!  The "best estimate" of photographically identified North Atlantic right whales is now up to 510!!!

{Flight} 02 November 2013 Cashes Ledge

So exciting to be flying again after such a long break, and what gorgeous fall foliage over Cape Cod today!  Species tally today - 2 humpbacks, 18 fin whales, 9 pilot whales, 20 white-sided dolphins, 1 basking shark, and 7 ocean sunfish!
